This project contains images I took over the past five years in the United States, Cuba, Peru, France, Germany, Myanmar, and Japan. It showcases normal life in a fascinating, mysterious, even poetic way. The pictures are purposefully not taken in color because I think that b/w pictures can much better capture the beauty and mystery of moments that seem ordinary at first.
Selected images have been part of the following exhibitions:
Exhibits: - Hidden (Boston University, Center for Digital Imaging Arts, USA, 2014) - My little Town (Photoworks, Maryland, USA, 2015) - 2016 Annual Exhibit International Photographic Society (Washington, DC, USA) - 2015 Annual Exhibit International Photographic Society (Washington, DC, USA) - Dialogue Through Time (Washington, DC, USA, 2016)
The picture 'Heading Down' has been published in the book 'Dialogue Through Time' (Washington, DC, USA, 2016) that showcases 50 selected images taken over the past 50 years by members of the WB/IMF International Photographic Society.
